January 8, 2012 – Confirmation Spirit Evening – Past Alive in You participants will be doing an Alive in You presentation and helping to run icebreakers for the Confirmation Class of 2012.
January 15, 2012 – Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser – 8 am – 12:30 pm - Alive in You participants will kick off their fundraising campaign with a pancake breakfast and presentation about the Alive in You experience. We’ll serve pancake, eggs and breakfast meats following each of the Sunday morning Masses.
January 29, 2012 – Cast Your Nets – 4-10 pm – A high energy youth rally open to all teens in grades 8-12 (and older). We’ll meet at Victory and car pool to Good Shepherd parish. Cost is $5 per teen and event shirts are on sale at the event for $10. Event includes a live band, guest speaker, pizza dinner and Sunday Mass (no need to get up early!) and is expected to have over 300 teens!
January 30, 2012 – Deadline for Alive in You Registration – All deposit money and registrations must be sent in no later than this date. To register, simply send Wayne or Marianne an email and send a deposit for $80 to Our Lady of Victory with “Alive in You Registration” clearly marked.
February 18/19, 2012 – Rosary Fundraiser – After all weekend Masses – Alive in You participants will once again be raising money for their trip by handing out decade rosaries and asking for donations after all the weekend Masses.
February 26, 2012 – Bible Study at Panera – After 9:30 Mass – Meet at Panera Bread, eat some delicious food, and talk about Sunday’s gospel.
June 3, 2012 – Car Wash Fundraiser – 7:30-12:30 – Alive in You participants will be in school parking lot washing cars during all the Sunday Masses. Parishioners can park their cars in the lower lot and they will be clean when they return from Mass.
June 26-July 2, 2012 – Alive in You, Greensboro, NC - Our annual mission trip and Catholic Youth Conference that has been changing the lives of each teen that goes!
