This Sunday is our first ever monthly Bible Study meeting following the 9:30 AM Mass at OLV. We will be reading over the Sunday Scriptures, having conversation and generaly enjoying the Panera Bread goodies. We’ll also be learning how to make chaplet rosaries from nylon chord. It is sure to be a good time. Bring a Bible (if you have one), some money for food and drink (optional), a lighter (if you have one), and a friend. I expect this meeting to last until about 12:30 and you can be free to stick around or head out at any point.
On December 28th, we’re heading downtown for some ice skating on Fountain Square. After we get good and cold we’ll retreat to the youth group room to make some fleece blankets for those who have to endure the cold every day! Meet at the OLV parking lot, in front of the convocation center, at 5:00 pm and the night should end around 9:00. Bring $10 to cover the cost of skating and pizza, warm clothes, and a friend.
No artistic or craft talents required.
Hope to see you all soon and if I miss you, may you have a very blessed end to the Advent season and a very merry Christmas!
